Her Body Carries More than Just Tiredness.

There are quiet points in the body where everything converges: muscle and nerve, breath and movement, sensation and stillness. In Ayurveda, these are marma: subtle gateways where pain can settle, energy can stall, and the nervous system can hold more than it should.
Discomfort doesn’t always arrive as a loud ache. Sometimes it shows up as stiffness, heaviness, restlessness, poor sleep, or a deep tiredness that lingers even after rest. Marma therapy works by gently awakening these vital points with slow, precise pressure, often supported by warm oils, so the body can release what has been held and restore flow in its own time. As prana moves more freely, tension softens, calm returns, and balance begins to rebuild from within.
Marma Therapy is practised at our Ayurvedic Spa in Surat, at The Naari with clinical precision and deep respect for its subtle power. It is never rushed, never aggressive, and never treated as a quick fix.
